German Raisin Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 Unbaked pie shell
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup coconut
Directions:
Mix all together and bake in un-baked pie shell at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.

That seems like a lot of sugar; but it does sound good!
