Is anyone else having a problem with LTD Commodities? I asked because up until a day ago, I could place orders without having to put in credit card information online. Now they want credit card information online. So I waited until LTD Commodities were closed and placed my order over the phone and it's a computer that you're talking to. It will ask if you want to be billed by credit card or by invoice.

I have used Lakeside for several years. They don't have all of the same items that LTD has, but they are much easier to order from than LTD.

Hey, thanks you guys! I had a horrible experience with ordering. I ordered 5-items, was told they were all in stock and would not be shipped seperately. Lies! They started shipping it one by one, charging me almost $50 extra on top of the item price! Don't order from them!

In response to the overwhelming demand by our customers, we are excited to offer payment by credit card.

If you would rather pay by check, that's still available. Simply mail your order using the order form located in our catalog.

If you have any questions, please email helpline@ltdcommodities.com

Instead of ordering from LTD, go to Lakeside.com. This is the same company, with the same items. It's more of a home version of LTD. The shipping is also more reasonable.

I used to order from LTD but when I sent an item back, they claimed they never received it even though I had a signature from the person who accepted it. I was billed for an item I no longer had. I decided that they were not worth the effort. However, I have used ABC Distributing, which carries the same exact products and you can be billed. Or, try Lakeside Collections; they also carry the same products but you do have to pay by credit card. I like the later because you don't have to be a company to place an order and they deliver to a P.O. Box.

This happened to me one time when I placed an unusually large expensive order. I called them and it had something to do with the size or cost of the order. Hasn't happened since.

I like to shop at www.lakeside.com they have the same exact items as LTD and ABC but you know how much you are going to have to pay for shipping. I never seem to know how much my S/H is going to be with the other 2 companies! Maybe you could check them out!

I have ordered from them for years without any problems. Have not ordered lately though. I would call them an ask what the problem is.

I order from them all the time and never had a problem. They have never asked for my credit card info. JoJo

Last time I tried - they are requesting the same from me. Everyone at my work has had the same issues.

I ordered something from them, a cookbook, a week or so ago and had no trouble. If they had asked for credit card info, they wouldn't have gotten it.
