- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 5-6 eggs
Fry sausage, drain and reserve. Fry has brown potatoes according to package. Spread sausage over cooked potatoes. Beat the eggs and pour over the sausage. Cover until eggs are done. Sausage may be prepared ahead of time to save time in the morning.
