Who Do I Call to Work on a Spring Fed Pond?

Who do you call to work on a large spring fed pond? My pond is about six feet low. I think maybe it's the overflow pipe. I know it's been dry, but it's never been this low.

My best guess would be a landscaper. You could also call a tree farm or nursery and ask them for recommendations.
