Hershey's Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened or 1 stick butter-flavored Crisco
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour, unsifted
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 package Hershey milk chocolate chips (12oz.)
- 1 cup chopped nuts, opt.
Cream butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.

You will need to add the dry ingredients after you mix up all the wet ingredients.
Instead of nuts, chop up some candy bars and add to the mix.
