Never-Fail Popovers

Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup flour
• dash salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Spoon into well-greased muffin cups. Place in cold oven set at 425 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 popovers.
