Tthere is a website Fly lady.net that has a lot of suggestions on it. I know several people who use this. You get on the website and they email things for you to start doing It can be a small as cleaning out your purse or cleaning the kitchen sink. Also she has you use a timer for what she calls hotshots in your home. I have found that just cleaning out a kitchen drawer can be a start.
