Store 3 rolls on tissue in the bathroom. I use a freestanding papertowel holder placed on top of my spacesaver. It takes up little room and stores extra tissue. Don't you dislike being in the bathroom and you have run out of tissue. This works great in my house.
Now I can get rid of the gnarly little basket that I store them in and keep it simple.
