Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked whole green beans
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 cup salad or olive oil
- 2 medium onions, minced
- salt and pepper
- 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Dressing:
- 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt
Directions
Prepare marinade by combining vinegar, oil, onions, salt and pepper. Chill beans in marinade several hours. Remove beans from marinade and add crumbled bacon to them. Heap in salad bowl. Top with dressing.
