This recipe belongs to my sister in-law, Linda. So yummy!
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli, thawed
- 2 cup cooked chicken breast, cut up
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Put broccoli in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Arrange chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
