Thank you for this series. I have just begun making my dogs food (tried for the cats, but they are too finicky!). Seems to be what I've been following except for the powder mixture which I will check into. I noticed you have the same Turkish plate hanging above your stove that a friend brought back for me from Turkey 30+ years ago. it made it to the states in pieces... wish I could find another!
