- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 head cauliflower
Make a white sauce of the flour, butter and milk. Cool and add egg yolks; stir well. Flavor to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. In a greased baking dish place cauliflower broke into small flowerets and pour egg mixture over them. Bake in 400 degree F oven for about 1 hour.
