I love ham and cheese together in most everything. This recipe is no different. Very good!
Ingredients:
- 8 slices white bread, cubed (no crust)
- 2/3 lb. ham, cubed
- 2/3 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Layer bread cubes, ham and cheese in greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
