More Mac and Cheese without an Extra Box
When my kids were small but growing up, one box of mac and cheese just wouldn't stretch anymore, but felt it would be wasteful to fix two. I just added some more pasta and a little extra milk to the cheese mixture and the amount would almost double. Saved a lot during the lean years.
