One Man's Treasure

One Man's Treasure, Stained GlassI collect old wooden windows for crafts and find most out on trash day. On this particular day, I spotted a window frame under some items. After moving them away, this is what I found!

As the saying goes, "One man's trash is another man's treasure" One will be place in my large bay window and the other is going in my bathroom that we are remodeling. What a find! I love 'em.

I'm green with envy. I not only love stained glass windows, but I've made some, so I know both the work involved and the expense in them. You have a wonderful treasure. Enjoy!

I agree, that is a fantastic find! Can you please tell us about your craft projects with other old windows? I have many, but not sure what to do with them. Thanks :-)

That's so beautiful! I love the pane that looks like a rainbow. Now THAT'S what I call recycle/reuse!
