- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup quick oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 beaten egg
Mix together all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in baking dish. Microwave on high 12-14 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning dish after 6 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce, let stand 5 minutes.
