Ingredients
- 2 lb. sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup light cream or milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Cut potatoes in chunks. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Combine sugar, butter and salt. Pour over potatoes. Pour milk over and add a little bit of crumbled brown sugar over top. Cover and bake in 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
