I've heard ''Capstar'' is the best way! It's a tablet you give the pet and it starts working in a 30 minutes. You can watch the fleas die and fall off. Then I would recommend a flea comb to comb then entire pet out and make sure nothing is left behind. You can use capstar for a couple days to make sure the issue is solved, but remember if the house and yard are not treated and clean extremely well the fleas will always come back. Good luck!
