- 1 package pinto beans (1lb.)
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- salt and pepper
Wash beans and cook as directed on package, adding water as needed. Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in skillet. Drain off grease and add mixture to beans. Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Continue cooking for 2 more hours.
