- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 t. oregano
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- garlic powder to taste
- 4 party rye or 60 regular slices
Brown sausage and onion. Pour off liquid. Add spices. Turn down heat. Cube cheese and melt in meat mixture. Spread on bread. Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 5-8 minutes. Can freeze and then bake, if desired.
