Graham Cracker Roll
- 1 lb. graham crackers, smashed fine
- 1 lb. mini marshmallows
- 1 lb. pitted dates, chopped
- 1 cup nutmeats (whole or broken)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Mix all together thoroughly in large bowl and work into a roll. Save about 1/2 cup of the cracker crumbs to roll it in so it won't be sticky. Chill thoroughly and serve in slices. This will keep well for days.
