Foldtuk Mac and Cheese

This is a recipe I use with my Foldtuk bakeware container. It's really easy and delicious. You don't have to use this specific container, of course, but I did think it would be a unique addition to the recipes.



  • 1 medium sized box of Mueller Elbow Noodles
  • 3 (3 bags) types of cheese:
    • 1 bag (4 oz.) Kraft shredded sharp cheddar
    • 1 bag (4 oz.) Kraft shredded mozzarella
    • 1 bag (4 oz.) Kraft shredded Colby-Jack cheese

  • 3 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1.5 cups approximately milk.


Boil noodles, drain excess water, layer into, 6-cup (1.42L), FoldTuk (with cheese, noodles, cheese, noodles, cheese, etc. Add milk, pouring evenly over entire dish. Pour cracked eggs over the top of the dish. Bake on 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until browned on top.
