Ground Beef Sandwiches
- rye bread, buttered
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Brown ground beef and sausage. Crumble and drain well. Melt cheese and add oregano and garlic salt. Combine all. Put mixture on buttered rye bread. Brown in broiler and top with mozzarella cheese. May be frozen and browned when needed.
