McDonald's Creamy Oatmeal

Does anyone have a recipe similar to McDonald's creamy oatmeal?

I've never had McDonald's creamy oatmeal, but any oatmeal will be creamier if you start it cooking in cold water or milk, rather than heating the liquid before adding the oatmeal. In fact, I believe that's true of all grains. Starch dissolves in cold water.
