Honey Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or rosemary, OR 1 tsp. of either herb dried
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • Dash cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well. Heat until mixture begins to simmer; DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. Serve over broiled fish. Serves: 4
