Fresh Peach Dessert |

Ingredients
- Graham cracker crust
- 2 cup boiling water
- 2 pkgs. lemon Jello
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 6-8 peaches
Directions
Make a graham cracker crust and press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Reserve a small amount of the crumbs for the top, if desired. Mix together the Jello and boiling water. Add the vanilla ice cream, stirring until smooth. Add the cut up peaches. Pour onto crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours in the refrigerator.
