Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Filling
- 2 cups any kind of fruit (peaches, cherries, blackberries, etc.)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fruit juice or warm water
Directions
Cream butter, sugar and salt then add rest of crust ingredients. Put in a 13 inch glass pan. Cover with remaining ingredients. The crust rises to the top. Bake in 350 degree F oven until the crust is golden brown.
