Cobbler Pie

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Filling

  • 2 cups any kind of fruit (peaches, cherries, blackberries, etc.)
  • Ad
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fruit juice or warm water

Directions

Cream butter, sugar and salt then add rest of crust ingredients. Put in a 13 inch glass pan. Cover with remaining ingredients. The crust rises to the top. Bake in 350 degree F oven until the crust is golden brown.
