Biscuit-Topped Chicken

Yummy hot meal!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped cooked broccoli, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash curry powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits (10 count)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine chicken, broccoli, soup, onion, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and curry powder in 1 1/2 qt. casserole; mix well. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Separate biscuits; cut into halves. Arrange cut side down around edge of casserole. Combine sour cream, egg, celery seed and salt in bowl; blend well. Spread over biscuits. Bake for 25-30 more minutes or until golden brown.
