In Memory of Sugar (Chipin)

Sugar was a 12 year old Chipin. We are Lisa and Randy and our pet story we would like to share is about our Chipin named Sugar.

Sugar was part of our family for 12 years. We were victims of Hurricane Katrina and lost our home. Of course, Sugar evacuated to TN with us.We became renters and would not consider renting an apartment unless Sugar could come as well. We were able to rebuild our home and Sugar was able to spend the last three years of her life where she knew home to be. She also spent the last three years with the newest addition to our family, Ve'da Grace, our precious granddaughter. Ve'da was definitely keeping Sugar young at heart.

On Sept. 19, 2011, we lost our soulmate. Sugar is gone but never, ever forgotten. Its hard resuming back to a normal life without her. She gave 12 years of love and wonderful memories, God we miss her.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I too lost our little willie [pug] last month. He was one of our contenders last month. It helped just seeing his picture up and sharing his story.

Why would anyone want to give this a "thumbs down"??

It's obvious Sugar & your granddaughter had a mutual love for each other!
