Ingredients
- 8 taco shells or tortillas
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, thawed
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- shredded cheddar cheese
- fresh cilantro leaves (opt.)
Directions
Warm taco or tortilla shells. In a large skillet over medium hot heat, heat oil until hot. Fry turkey and add onion. Cook and stir until meat is done and onion tender. Drain. Stir in vegetables, tomatoes, cumin, garlic salt, and oregano. Cook and stir until veggies are tender and mixture is hot. Spoon into warm tortilla shells. Garnish with cheddar cheese and cilantro, if desired. Delicious!
