Serve with pita slices, raw vegetables, as a pita sandwich spread, as an accompaniment to fish and meat, and even as a salad dressing. Try using your favorite flavored feta instead of plain feta too ;-)
- 1 cup feta cheese, finely crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. minced garlic, or more to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve. If you would like a smoother dip; place all ingredients in a blender and pulse briefly.
