Place butter in a microwave safe bowl; microwave at high 55 seconds or until butter melts. Stir in chocolate wafer crumbs, mixing well. Set aside. Combine marshmallows and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows melt, stirring with a wire whisk at 30 second intervals. Cool until mixture is slightly thickened. Gently fold in creme de menthe and whipped cream. Spoon alternate layers of crumb mixture and marshmallow mixture into chilled parfait glasses. Garnish, if desired.
