I am looking for step by step instructions on how to make fabric flowers. This is a project for an Aged Care Facility so it needs to be fairly simple and with illustrations.

bend pipe cleaners in the shape of daisy petals and twist ends together. Bend pipe cleaners in leaf shapes, too. Glue fabric to each piece and cut to match the pipe cleaner shape. Add all petals to a long pipe cleaner "stem" and add leaves, too. Take florist tape and tightly wrap around the "stem" to keep everything in place.
