bend pipe cleaners in the shape of daisy petals and twist ends together. Bend pipe cleaners in leaf shapes, too. Glue fabric to each piece and cut to match the pipe cleaner shape. Add all petals to a long pipe cleaner "stem" and add leaves, too. Take florist tape and tightly wrap around the "stem" to keep everything in place.

The easiest way is to use wide ribbon, and sew a long running stitch down one edge, then just pull the edge until the short ends meet, instant flower! If the single layer flower isn't enough, make several and sew them together at the center.
