Making Autograph Dogs out of Tube Socks

I am looking for directions on how to make autograph dogs out of tube socks. I cannot find my directions. Please help!

Try looking on HGTV. in one episode of Thats Cleer a girl made dogs out of socks. The page should be http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/cr_dolls/article/0,1789,HGTV_3242_4224716,00.html but i'm not sure that this link will work.

The episode number is HGLVR-147. Hope this helps!
