Please post the directions for the witch or ghost. What do you use to paint plastic that will stay on in freezing temperatures? What recycled item do you use for capes and ghosts that will last outside in the weather.

I love this idea but just cannot figure out how you made them to last outdoors?

I will post instructions soon. The witch hat was given to me by a friend. I attached the hat by hand-stitching it to the plastic bag "hair" strips with a double strand of thread.
