Baked Chicken in Italian Dressing (Microwave)
Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle Italian dressing (8 oz.)
Directions
Cut chicken into serving pieces, and place in microwave baking dish. Pour about half of well shaken bottle of dressing over chicken that has been salted and peppered. Cover with lid or waxed paper. Cook on high for 12-15 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with juice and dressing from chicken. Continue cooking for 10-12 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Adjust time for larger or smaller chicken.

You said 1 bottle of dressing, but then it says to use half a bottle. Where is the rest of the bottle used? This sounds so good, really want to try it!
