Long John Silvers Individual Pineapple Cheesecake

I don't know if any of you have ever tried Long John Silvers Individual slices of Pineapple Cheesecake but it is to die for. What I was wondering is if anyone can find a copy cat recipe to make it. I would be very grateful. If you haven't tried it, you have to, you will LOVE IT!
