Recipe for BBQ Pork Sandwiches Does anyone have a good recipe for BBQ pork sandwiches like they have at graduation parties or weddings? I would like it to have simple ingredients you already have in your pantry like ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, etc. Also which cut of pork should you use? Thank you for helping me. Rate It: Can You Substitute Sweet Dry Whey for Powdered Milk? I would like to know if I can use sweet dry whey in recipes instead of powdered milk. If not, what can I use it for? It is so much cheaper than regular powered milk. Thanks and God bless! Post Feedback: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf58729101.tip.html

Directions Heat the stock mixture over medium heat, add the onion, broccoli, and salt, and cook about ten minutes or until tender. Puree half the vegetables with half of the liquid in a blender or processor until smooth, then repeat with the other half (be sure to vent the steam, since processing hot ingredients can cause small explosions). Heat the milk in a large saucepan until bubbles form on the edges. Stir in the remaining ingredients and carefully simmer for three minutes. Stir in the pureed broccoli and onion, taste for seasoning, and ladle into individual bowls. Serves six. Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Beat in the shortening with an electric mixer on low speed. Beat in milk, coffee and vanilla until combined. Increase speed to high and beat for 2 minutes. Add the eggs; beat for 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pans; smooth with a spatula. Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven until a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool the cakes in the pans for 5 minutes, then turn the cakes onto wire racks to cool completely. For the frosting; combine the cocoa powder, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add the warm water, mix well. Beat in the confectioners' sugar in two batches. Beat until smooth. Place one layer top side down on a large flat plate. Spread with 1 cup of the frosting; sprinkle with 2/3 cup walnuts. Top with the remaining cake layer, top side up. Frost the top and sides with the remaining frosting, swirling with a small spatula. Garnish the cake with the remaining walnuts. By Connie from Cotter, AR Post Feedback: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf65579655.tip.html
