Ingredients:
- 6 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 t. vanilla
Directions:
In large bowl, combine oats, flour, cereal, coconut, and raisins. In saucepan, bring oil and honey to a boil. Stir constantly for 1 minute. Add vanilla. Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture and stir well. It seems to work best if you pour half of honey mixture over and stir. Repeat. This makes a delicious and wholesome breakfast cereal.
