Leftover Turkey Casserole

A yummy way to use up Thanksgiving and/or Christmas leftovers :-)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup French fried onions
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, cubed or shredded
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh corn or 1 (10 oz.) package frozen corn, thawed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix stuffing and 1/4 cup onions in a medium bowl and spoon stuffing mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish, gently pressing along the bottom.

Mix soup, milk, turkey and corn in the same medium bowl and pour over stuffing. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup onions and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
