Using Fresh Coconut

Take 5 coconut pods and break and scrape the hard skin and cut into pieces. Rinse and pulse in a food processor, add water as you are pulsing. When the coconut is fine and has enough liquid, extract the milk and store away in the freezer for cooking.

If you need the coconut very fine, grind in a coffee grinder. Remove and spread on a baking tray and dry well and store. Use in your cooking and baking.
