Grease a bundt or tube pan. In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour 3/4 of the batter into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter in the pan. Pour the remaining batter over the crumb mixture, and top with the remaining crumb mixture. Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 35 minutes.
