Egg and Sausage Bake
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/2 lb. smokey cocktail links (Like Little Smokies)
- 1 package Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Use an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish and put crescent rolls first in bottom of pan (may have to overlap). Place sausages on crust, place cheese over sausage. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
Note: Can make and refrigerate overnight. Makes an excellent brunch dish.
