RE: Hot Fudge Recipe

Here's one:
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in saucepan. Add milk, water, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Cook 5 minutes longer. Remove hot fudge sauce from heat, cool, then stir in vanilla (04/01/2005)

RE: Hot Fudge Recipe

I have a recipe that you boil for seven minutes and then blend it for two minutes. My last batch had sugar crystals in it. Can anyone tell me how to avoid this and how to fix it now. (02/24/2009)
