I use them to hold a small amount of antibiotic (omoxycillin) mixed with a toner, witch hazel or alcohol, in efforts to control acne. Open a pill capsule, dump the powder and add the alcohol. I use a cotton swab to then apply the antiobiotic solution to affected areas. The contact lens cup is small and sealable and convenient for my purse.

Don't throw away those individual plastic lens cups that disposable contact lens come in, they are ideal to use when crafting. Ideal for small amounts of paint. Or glue them to the bottom of a craft project for raised feet. Or use for sorting small bead sizes, etc.
