Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups 7-Up pop
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.), drain and save juice
- 1 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 large bananas, diced
Sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice (add water, if necessary to make 1 cup)
- 1 box Dream Whip (prepared) or 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Prepare the gelatin as directed, using boiling water and 7 Up for cold water. Allow to chill until thickened; then add the pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Place back in the refrigerator to make more firm. Then cook the sauce ingredients, and spread over the top of the gelatin mixture. You may sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired.
