Puppy Backsliding on House Training?

My Yorkshire terrier puppy just started going outside to potty about two to three weeks ago at our new home. The first two weeks she was doing great. I made sure to take her out at bunch, after drinking, eating, and playing. She would have some accidents inside, but only if I didn't get to take her out in time.

All of the sudden about 4 days ago, she stopped going outside all together. Please help? What do I do? She was crate trained and paper trained. She still has a puppy pad in half of her crate and will go on that, but no outside at all. She has not gone pee or poop outside in 4 days. She goes out with my other dog and it doesn't matter how long we are out there, she waits until she is in the house and then pees and poops. Please help us and guide us on what to do, as we really love her, but she has to be house trained. :(

If she is using her puppy pads that's good. I have a ChiPom that is now 1 year old that did the outside or inside, what I did was place a couple puppy pads near my bedroom in the hallway. I wanted her to know where they were just in case she didn't get outside in time.

When she used the papers or even go outside I made a big deal out of it by giving her a treat (chicken jerky around a chew-stick). I dry my own chicken into pieces & wrap some around the rawhide chew-sticks, as she now goes outside 3/4 of the time & when we don't make it, she uses her papers and she gets a big treat. It takes patience. Good Luck.
