Thank you for sharing milk bags with me. I think its a great idea and I'm going to tell the rest of New Jersey.
Oh, and I think washing them out and reusing them as freezer bags is a great idea.

Why would the government stop recycling the milk bags? After all they are plastic, do they not recycle plastic bags? Too bad they do not have these in the states, my recycling bin would be less full, even with crushing the milk jugs! LOL

Yes! Sorry - I didn't realize these weren't a universal item... my bad ;) And of course, our municipal recycling program no longer accepts these bags for recycling. I've had lots of good ideas from other websites... wash and rise for freezing fruit/berries... storing small pieces/parts from the workshop/garage/garden shed...
