Gourmet Baked Chicken
- 10 boned chicken breasts
- 10 slices Swiss cheese
- 10 thin slices ham
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
Pound boned chicken breasts til thin. Place a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of ham on chicken breast and roll jelly roll fashion. Secure with toothpicks and place in a non-stick spray coated pan. Combine soup with sour cream and water and spread over chicken rolls. Crush stuffing mix and combine with melted margarine. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
