Oh, the kennel run is on concrete paving. Please help. I will be grateful for any suggestions!

Dogs do not want to do their business where they will be stepping in it later. Even if you pick one spot in the yard, you will "wear" it out eventually until the weather has removed the lingering odors and residue. Also, many puppies are accustomed to going on only one type of surface and the concrete doesn't seem right to him.

Surely he is just trying to do what we all do , keep the space he lives in nice and clean! We wouldn't do poops in our living room sounds like a very clever puppy with high personal standards. Perhaps he would go in a dirt box? You could probably train him with praise to use it.
